As Head of PMI at an AI-first software roll-up, I built the integration function from scratch and drove measurable results across a US, UK, and ANZ portfolio: double-digit ARR growth, EBITDA expansion, value-based pricing, and operating-model turnarounds. I move fast, cut to the levers that matter, and bring change-resistant management teams along with me. I work with funds and portfolio companies on 100-day plans, integrations, pricing, commercial due diligence, and AI-enabled value creation.
