Niclas Matz

Niclas Matz, Founder and CEO of Cyber Curriculum GmbH, is a pioneer in the development of innovative cybersecurity and AI solutions for SIEM/SOC and MSSP. His expertise includes establishing appropriate information security levels as well as designing and maintaining information security management systems (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 2700x and IT-Grundschutz, among others. Matz offers holistic consulting with a special focus on highly available systems and processes, critical infrastructures, and the military and defense sector. His work also extends to the planning and implementation of emergency and crisis management as well as business continuity management (BCM). As a recognized expert, he advises and audits multinational corporations on data protection law (GDPR/BDSG) and supports them in complying with legal and other requirements. His client base includes federal and state public administration as well as large international corporations. Furthermore, Niclas Matz is actively involved as an official in the Federal Commission for Cybersecurity for the Wirtschaftsrat and thus actively contributes to shaping cybersecurity policy.
