Niclas Harwart

I have been working as a freelance photographer since completing my studies (B.A. Media/Design/Communication, focus on Photography) for magazines, companies, NGOs, and private individuals in the areas of reportage, advertorial, portrait, and corporate.

During my Master's studies, driven by an interest in research and socio- and pop-cultural aspects, I increasingly focused on photojournalistic, documentary topics, and portrait projects. With curiosity in my backpack, I traveled to over 15 countries and had, among other things, unforgettable encounters that still shape my everyday life and communication today. I work annually on long-term documentary projects. For clients, I create corporate portraits, social reportages, and implement advertising productions with authentic visual language.

My complementary work of over 10 years as an actor & digital assistant has helped me define my knowledge of media productions. I manage projects as Creative Director from planning, idea development, lighting, to post-production & archiving.
