• Responsible for the IT department within TL-SERVICES, monitoring the evolution of information and telecommunication systems according to the functional and strategic needs of TL SERVICES and its clients.

• Implementation, installation, and administration of networks and IP phones for the client LAU (Leadership Academia University). Management of IT network monitoring and diagnostics to prevent malfunctions by intervening in repairs, if possible.

• Management of the evolution, stability, and availability of LAU's IT networks and systems.

• Coordination of IT activities and projects with LAU's technical team.

• Design and implementation of the distance learning platform (ELearning-LAU) for LAU students, as well as training related to the use of said platform.

• Management of the database and implementation of the web portal for LAU students and staff.

• Administration and maintenance of the Database Management System (DBMS).

• Administration and maintenance of IT equipment allocated to the CSPP-MINAS Convention for the Kwilu province.

• Collection, recording, verification, cleaning, and processing of data collected at the provincial level.

• Implementation of data backup and restoration procedures.

• Ensuring the conformity, quality, and harmonization of available data collected at the provincial level.

• In the absence of the Information and Management System Manager, training enumerators on the application of MIS and providing technical solutions encountered during beneficiary registration operations.

• IT support for surveys and accompaniment of field data collection teams.

• Conducting and providing IT support for the registration process of STEP 2 project beneficiaries and those of other projects, as applicable, under the supervision of the Information and Management System Manager at the national level and the Convention's focal point, representing the CSPP-MINAS Convention Coordinator in the province.

• Development of technical or data analysis reports (Dashboard, infographic) at the provincial level.

• IT support and assistance to the Focal Point, CSPP-MINAS Convention staff at the national level on mission in the province, and any other DIVAS staff, upon hierarchical request.

• Assistance with the maintenance of IT and telecom infrastructure and equipment (Non-exhaustive list: Servers, Computers, Tablets, VSAT Internet connection, LAN, VHF, Firewall, etc.).

• Any task deemed useful and necessary by management in the implementation of the CSPP-MINAS Convention activities.

• Development and management of the project and client management platform, as well as the design of web portals for all structures of the Groupe-Elikia.

• Management and implementation of IT projects, including the development of detailed plans, coordination of internal and external teams within each structure of the Group located in 5 African countries.

• Management of the budget allocated to the IT department, including hardware and software purchases.

• Maintenance of IT equipment and continuous technical support for staff on the use of the management platform and other software.
