My end-to-end process starts with Design thinking (interviews and/or workshops) to fully understand the business, stakeholders and people we wish to help. Then, my priority moves to fast, testable, iterative development to align human expectations to ai solution until we have a clear and agreed upon direction to pursue. Then, iterate and scale.
