With over three years as a Cabin Crew Member at SWISS International Airlines, I learned to remain calm under pressure and provide excellent customer service.

Education: I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from ZHAW and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Tourism & Mobility) from HSLU. These degrees provide me with in-depth knowledge and the necessary tools for strategic decision-making.
