Structuring the PMO within the new Customer's final transformation department, to manage the programs and projects led by the transformation department, as well as those led by the business units.

- Structure the governance and committee system for the program.

- Structure a RACI for program management.

- Structure the various tools for program management (committee support, dashboards, business cases, etc.).

- Initiate presentation documents based on provided inputs.

Supporting the migration project of Disneyland Paris's reservation management application from on-premise servers to AWS Cloud.

- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing technical and functional requirements.

- Coordinating business and technical teams at Disneyland Paris, Disneyland US, and if necessary, the solution provider's team in India.

- Configuring applications for project needs.

- Analyzing and tracking defects/errors reported by business teams (analyzing severity and assigning to appropriate teams for resolution).

- Participating in working meetings and project governance instances.

- Updating technical and functional documentation.

- Preparing change management and preparing/executing training sessions as needed.

Supporting the implementation of a Single Window for Foreign Trade (GUCEG), comprising several modules: management of import/export declarations (DDI/DDE), travel management (maritime, air, and others), currency repatriation, with a Port Community System (PCS) connected to the Guinean Customs information system, to increase Guinean state revenue.

- Analyzing stakeholder needs (economic operators, ministries, partners).

- Analyzing existing processes and proposing dematerialization solutions.

- Developing deployment roadmaps for different modules with Project and Operations Directors.

- Organizing and leading workshops with stakeholders (Ministries and economic operators).

- Managing the deployment of an automated manifest integration system between GUCEG, Customs, and shipping agents for each vessel arrival.

- Supporting the implementation of an online payment system for customs declarations.

- Writing technical and functional specifications for each enhancement.

- Proposing a digital solution to dematerialize the process of requesting agréments or authorizations from Ministries, Technical Departments, or competent authorities.

- Breaking down tasks (WBS), creating JIRA tickets, and tracking the progress of each ticket with the development and quality assurance teams.

- Analyzing and anticipating risks or short, medium, and long-term impacts on the digitalization of processes within the administration.

- Training and sensitizing internal staff on best practices in project management and change management.
