17 years ago, while enjoying all the comfort that a salaried life could offer, I set myself the challenge of changing my life and embarking on the crazy (but exciting) adventure of entrepreneurship.

When I say 'crazy,' I assume you know what I mean: administrative procedures, fundraising, isolation... not to mention the profound changes in consumption habits and the perceived loss of attractiveness of city centers.

Today, I have closed the shop, but I have chosen not to remain a spectator in the face of the difficulties encountered by shopkeepers and entrepreneurs.

Through my activity Ktchin', I have set myself the mission of supporting freelancers, RetroPreneurs, and shopkeepers in developing their visibility, through creative, realistic, and budget-friendly approaches.

My objective is clear: to enable them to remain relevant, attractive, and economically viable in a constantly evolving context.

With 17 years of experience as a shopkeeper, I have learned to continually adapt to trends, technological developments, and changing consumer expectations. I have observed, analyzed, experimented, and continued to train myself.

Above all, I understood that no single solution works without a global vision combining short-term actions and a sustainable long-term strategy.

I admit it, I don't have a magic wand either. On the other hand, I can bring authentic field expertise, a strategic vision fueled by experience, results-oriented creativity, and a keen understanding of commercial realities. I am convinced that this combination can be a real added value for my future missions.
