✓ Responsible for designing and implementing the company's financial strategy and hiring needs. ✓ Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, program budgets and reporting. ✓ Responsible for drive the company's financial planning (prepare reliable current and forecasting reports). ✓ Responsible for leading a collaborative strategic thought partner with cross functional stakeholders (regional and area), providing strategic insights, development and execution the group strategic plan shareholders. ✓ Lead working experience with sectors of banking, consulting & services, technologies, energy, infrastructures, extraction, as well supply chain for the maintenance and construction industry markets (Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Guinea-Bisau, China and Russia).
