Context:

As part of monitoring methanation projects in Europe, business units use several different applications across teams. A new IT department has been established to ensure common scoping and methodology across teams.

I act as Application Manager for several applications to support the business in managing its evolution requests and operational maintenance.

Project: MCO and evolution monitoring

Role: AMOA - Application Manager

Team: 5 people / Application (Manager, MCO provider, 2 to 3 business units)

Users > 100

Business Units: Commercial development manager, methanation project manager, methanation project development manager, operations manager, agricultural valorization manager

Achievements:

 Scoping and prioritization of needs: Identify, analyze, and understand business needs, problems to solve, and opportunities to seize.

 Backlog prioritization: Advise and assist business units in prioritization, formalization of needs and acceptance testing, problems, and opportunities. Be the Application Referent for business units.

 Transverse management: Coordinate business and technical stakeholders, and manage associated change (including transition to RUN). Contribute to solution documentation.

 Workshop and Steering Committee facilitation: Identify and propose, in close collaboration with Solutions and Business Applications teams.

 Budget: Monitoring of budget and development workload.

 Billing disputes: Creation and reception of orders on SAP.

 Salesforce Administration

 Acceptance testing management: Implement various testing strategies and assist business units in conducting tests until validation. Ensure that the delivered product (dashboard) meets business needs.

As part of SEMMARIS's marketing strategy: manager of the RUNGIS International Market, the digital business managers want to provide even more efficient services to various partner companies and prospect more effectively for potential clients. I act as Proxy Product Owner to ensure the quality of new web services/interfaces delivered.

Write User Stories and acceptance criteria based on business functional specifications.

▪ Conduct the overall acceptance testing strategy (middleware, Strapi, React, Database links).

o STRAPI: Test CMS blocks.

o MIDDLEWARE BACK OFFICE: Interaction between databases, Strapi, and the front end.

o FRONT END: Integration of mockups and dynamic data from Strapi and middleware.

Gathering requirements: Conduct data scoping workshops with business units, share product vision and dependencies with teams.

Budget tracking and forecasting: Record budget expenses, summarize them, and prioritize team tasks to meet schedule objectives.

- Management: Manage technical teams (developers, etc.), prioritize actions and subjects based on sponsor needs.

Operational: Data analysis (Excel, SQL) and proposal of solutions for joining, aggregation, formulas, and data quality for indicator implementation.

Facilitation and Reporting: Facilitate project steering committees (COPIL) and share project progress and issues with sponsors, business units, and other stakeholders.
