Design and facilitation of group workshops to address discriminatory situations in a professional context.

Creation of a safe space to reflect on experienced situations, share experiences, and empower oneself to react.

Objective: preserve self-esteem and everyone's legitimacy to react to inappropriate remarks.

A supportive approach, grounded in the reality of work, combining discussions, role-playing, and scientific insights from social and work psychology.

• Longitudinal research in companies: design and analysis of workplace well-being surveys, design and facilitation of discrimination awareness modules, studies on gender stereotypes at work, examination of barriers and levers for affirmative action measures implemented within the company, development and communication of recommendations for inclusive recruitment.

• Design, conduct, and analysis of semi-structured interviews.

• Design, conduct, and analysis of focus groups.

• Design, conduct, and analysis of questionnaires (HR and applied research perspective).

The tutorial sessions on "Field Issues and Application Areas," delivered in the 2nd year of social psychology Master's, aimed to guide final-year students in their professional orientation. Two complementary formats were offered:

1. Individual sessions, which I designed and led, focusing on the challenges of psychosocial intervention in companies. Through my experience in a multinational corporation, these sessions included discussion workshops allowing students to collectively reflect on topics such as managing relationships with an employer. These exchanges then led to a synthesis and broader discussions.

2. Round tables, co-facilitated with fellow social psychologists working in different fields, offering students the opportunity to discuss career prospects and the realities of the field.
