Recruitment (temporary, apprenticeship, internship) Needs definition, job postings on various job boards, candidate selection and participation in interviews, organization of collective recruitment sessions, School relations: Manage the apprenticeship/internship campaign, participation in recruitment fairs and forums, follow-up of apprentices/interns in conjunction with managers, Social relations: Legal watch, preparation of documents for CSE meetings or commissions, updating the BDSE, HR Projects: Facilitate the manager community, monitor working hours, measure employee engagement, and actively participate in HR project management.

Monitoring of the apprenticeship campaign and management of apprentice files, Preparation of CERFA forms for apprentices and management of relations with the OPCO, Organization and monitoring of employee medical visits, Management of work stoppages, Drafting of employment contracts (permanent, fixed-term), Entry and management of variable payroll elements (bonuses, absences, overtime).
