• Ensure procurement, costing, and monitoring of clients' financial results

• Implement risk hedging strategies related to thermodependency

• Implement a risk management strategy for gas storage costs

Achievements

• Simplification and securing of the operational process for hedging client needs. Harmonization of financial results monitoring in gas and electricity

• Implementation of two climate derivatives in electricity and gas

• Alignment of summer/winter spread hedging with client procurement rhythm

Results: Since winter 2018/2029, B2C financial results have been more secure in the medium and short term. Alignment of Front to Back processes has facilitated reconciliation of interconnections in billing.

Missions

• Produce daily market analysis, market price reporting, and identify opportunities related to the Medgaz supply contract

• Map Front Office to Back Office processes and redesign deal monitoring tools

Achievements

• Automation of a tool for daily monitoring of market prices, opportunity detection signals, and monitoring of deals executed

• Mapping and documentation of all Front to Back chain processes

Results: Following the first stage of automating deal entry and monitoring tools, the team engaged developers to implement a more robust internal application, based on the specifications I had begun to create.
