As part of the Master Data Management team, I was the Data Steward for DPD Group's customer data and the Product Owner for a new internal application that consolidated all different contract numbers belonging to each customer.

Managed application requirements by regularly organizing a steering committee with senior stakeholders (executive management).

Managed the development and deployment of the application, involving international development teams spread across multiple locations and using Agile methodologies. This included writing user stories, integrating into the company's ecosystem through various methods, and implementing automated testing.

Managed and governed customer data and their structures within the organization.

I was the Product Owner for an application designed to support farmers and producers in their interactions with the organization. This application handles all functions dedicated to LDC customers, from contract signing to shipment management.

Managed global stakeholder needs for a farmer portal. Coordinated the activities of the global team managing the internet portal.

Managed and implemented international stakeholder needs. This included prioritizing needs for different global markets and writing User Stories to support them. Using the Scrum methodology, managed an international distributed development team and regularly deployed application updates.

Produced and communicated regular monthly reports showing application usage and potential areas for improvement. (PowerBI)

Project Management and Business Analysis of a new Parcel Locker software vendor (IoT, AWS). Programme management of Parcel Locker solutions. Project Management of the uplift of the Online Community hosted in Salesforce. Working in the Chief Customer Office and managing the project from the raising of a business case through delivery, the consolidation of notifications generated in 7 disparate systems to be sent via SalesForce Marketing Cloud and reporting via Tableau. A member of the Notifications BWG which looked at Notifications from an Enterprise perspective.

Reporting to a group steering committee, managed the parcel locker program budget.

In collaboration with internal stakeholders and international technical teams, I managed the finalization of detailed requirements which were then developed, integrated using Amazon Cloud Service APIs, and deployed (SaaS).

Worked with data scientists, content, customer experience, internal and external development teams and organized five different deployments. Successful consolidation of over 120 parcel delivery notifications to customers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Managed software changes and project budget for the Community website upgrade in Salesforce, leveraging new technology to facilitate site maintenance.
