Currently Cloud, FinOps, Governance, Migration Project Manager, as part of Klésia's Move2Cloid project, he was Project Manager for the Transformation Program of Studies, Manufacturing and Acceptance, of the RC IT Department.

He also held the same role within the Transformation of Production Processes of the RC IT Department, of the Technical Department of the Enterprise Pole, and finally of the Transfer Program of AG2R & MM Units to the RC IT Department for almost 5 years.

It is these enriching experiences that allow him to highlight a very good knowledge of the application lifecycle and the functioning of an IS, in its transversality, from Software Publishing to Production, in a top-down vision, from business needs to technical response, including Acceptance, and the indispensable related entities such as Change, Incident & Problem Management, Technical Department, Infrastructures, Networks, Operations, Functional Support, Business Analysis, Publishers, Suppliers… More concretely, he has the ability to coordinate, to work with collaborators from diverse backgrounds in the implementation of solutions and tools, acquisitions of solutions, KPIs, studies, workshops, IT/BA task forces, inter-IT/BA Document Management, process redesign, activity audit and reorganization, recruitment, etc…
