I worked on two different projects:

A version upgrade on the DELTA Transit phase 5 application (Customs Exchange Application for the common area)

Hélios, an application for public accounting (DGFIP account) for evolution maintenance (Palier) as well as incident management pushed by users (MCO)

Within the team, my mission was:

Taking charge of and analyzing client needs (Exploiting documentation, exploring existing systems and business flows, business workshops...)

Client communication (Refinement, batching...)

Presenting needs to the technical team and supporting the manufacturing and design phases

Ensuring software qualification (qualification preparation; test campaigns; incident management

Project Context

As part of the implementation of the new "OPERATION" functionality in its TANI software, I was responsible for collecting and building client requirements, as well as feeding and managing the backlog for the "EDITIQUE" and "GED" scope for the Real Estate Development department.

I was involved in version upgrades on its LOGISTAR WMS application for the CARREFOUR IT system. The Logistar warehouse team was responsible for evolutionary maintenance by establishing a methodology for qualifying all business flows and for E-Commerce applications for managing DRIVE and LAD (home delivery) processes as part of its evolutionary maintenance project on the LOGISTAR WMS application for its order picking warehouses, as well as implementing training documentation.
