Industrial engineer specialized in project management and operational performance optimization, I design and manage industrial projects combining rigor, sustainability, and efficiency. Passionate about continuous improvement, I am involved in the entire project lifecycle: needs analysis, scoping, planning, performance monitoring, and change management.

My experience has given me a global vision of industrial processes, from procurement and production to quality and supply chain. I have led projects for transferring production lines, optimizing inter-site flows, and implementing sustainable packaging solutions, while ensuring technical, economic, and regulatory coherence.

I master Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, FMEA, 5S, KANBAN, VSM) which I apply to improve performance, reduce waste, and enhance operational reliability. I design performance indicators (KPIs) and Power BI dashboards for clear and factual project management.

My PMO approach is based on structuring, coordination, and communication. I pay particular attention to process standardization and change management, two essential levers for ensuring the sustainability of implemented improvements.

Versatile, analytical, and results-oriented, I easily adapt to multicultural environments and complex industrial contexts. Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and several ERP systems (SAP, M3 Infor, Oracle, MAPICS), I rely on data to support decisions and transform strategic objectives into concrete actions.
