This new program allows PCD to retain its customers in different countries. The project consists of several components:• "MyDiorBeauty" web platform integrated into Dior.com, allowing customers to track their loyalty status.• Loyalty engine based on the COMARCH SaaS solution, managing customers, sales, and all loyalty rules.• Integration between the COMARCH loyalty engine / MyDiorbeauty and PCD's various systems (Dior.com, BIZTALK/MEDIAITON, iPOS (point-of-sale tool), SFSC (Salesforce Customer Service), eCRM (RCU PCD), Magic, Reporting (ClientQuest), and Adobe Campaign).• My main tasks:• Conducting analysis workshops with PCD business departments.• Writing functional and technical specifications for the loyalty program.• Designing the functional and technical architecture of the loyalty program.• Validating COMARCH specifications.• Managing the implementation / Testing / Integration of data into the COMARCH SaaS solution.• Analyzing / synthesizing the COMARCH API for PCD's various teams.• Testing the Comarch API (using POSTMAN).• Collaborating with various technical teams at PCIS PCD (INFRA, WAF, Dior.com, Infoware (team developing the point-of-sale tool iPOS and eCRM), BIZTALK / MEDIATION, CRM (team implementing updates in Magic, ClientQuest, and Adobe Campaign)) for the integration of the loyalty engine and the MyDiorBeauty site with existing systems.• Conducting weekly project committees (COPRO) with COMARCH and DAVEO (team developing the MyDiorBeauty site).
