Curricular internship focused on security operations and technical support. Ticket management and remote customer assistance. Production deployment of Network Detection & Response (ClearNDR) and Threat Intelligence (OpenCTI) solutions. Configuration and management of Microsoft Entra ID tenants. Monitoring, analysis, and mitigation of alerts from SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, and proprietary platforms. Design and development of a centralized dashboard for ClearNDR alert visualization and management. Implementation of two honeypots to support threat detection activities.

Technical collaboration on network infrastructures and systems for clients across various sectors. Operational activities on switches, firewalls, physical and virtual servers, Active Directory, and hardware components. Management of remote support, system and device updates, and maintenance of virtualized environments. Diagnostic interventions, monitoring, and optimization of infrastructures, contributing to the stability and security of IT systems. Execution of technical security assessments on client infrastructures to support analysis and improvement of security posture.

Onboarded through a curricular internship, followed by a fixed-term contract. Activities focused on security and automation of corporate information systems: remote helpdesk support, development and implementation of automation procedures, and participation in technical meetings with key vendors (Palo Alto, Forcepoint). Conducted vulnerability analyses with production of reports and operational recommendations. Direct involvement in Active Directory hardening projects, vulnerability assessment with remediation, and operational management of network security tasks.
