On the maintenance side, I focus on equipment reliability, failure analysis, the implementation of preventive and predictive strategies, and the management of major technical shutdowns. My approach is results-oriented and focused on continuous improvement. At NGK Ceramics, my actions helped increase facility availability by 20 points and OEE by **15 points in one year**, while securing the skills of technical teams through targeted training programs.

On the project side, I manage industrial investments from feasibility study to commissioning: writing specifications, supplier management, budget monitoring, site coordination, LV/MV electrical design, and post-deployment performance monitoring. Notably, I co-managed a logistics automation project of **€5.4 million**, resulting in the commissioning of an automated rack and a fleet of **11 AGVs**, which are now fully operational and mastered by users.

My added value lies in my ability to combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic vision. I intervene with a clear objective: to improve industrial performance, secure investments, and deliver measurable results in terms of availability, productivity, and profitability.
