Data management is essential for a hotel group like Accor (+5445 hotels), whether it's tracking the end-user occupying a room or the Salesperson selling that room and many other uses.

Mission:
The DATA domain, comprising 19 teams and 140 people, is supported by an Agile Coach and 3 Scrum Masters, including myself. We guide teams towards autonomy and standardized practices. To achieve this, we have implemented impact-oriented coaching contracts.

My main accomplishments:

Context:
Evali is a Belgian leather goods workshop with several brands and divisions. In addition to their existing operations, to continue growing and offering exceptional pieces, the creators decided to partner with other female designers.

Mission:
The workshop alternates between custom luxury orders, white-label subcontracting, online sales, and new product development. All this with a single production workshop. It's crucial to be well-organized and communicate effectively. That's why I support them through occasional interventions.
