As a Senior Auditor at EY, I was involved in statutory audit missions for listed companies, mid-cap companies (ETI), and SMEs. At GIFI headquarters, I contributed to performance management by helping to build and optimize management tools: dashboards, key indicators, and information collection processes. I performed monthly performance analysis, including variance studies, budget comparisons, and the production of operational summaries for management. I also supervised reconciliations between accounting data and reporting, while identifying optimization opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
