Project Subject: Support to various GO2 market managers,

Scoping Note:

- Gathering information from GO2 market managers necessary for writing the note,

- Verifying the consistency of information from documents such as CCTP, FII, FLT, FLP, RI,

- Progress update on note writing with the technical director,

- Transmission to the technical director for review, validation, and dissemination,

Work Preparation:

- Gathering and transmitting preparatory documents for works (PGS, RTES, etc.) to the contractor,

- Preparing site visits (tunnel and technical rooms) in anticipation of works,

- Weekly work progress meeting with the contractor,

- Reviewing work deliverables issued by the contractor,

- Participating in various site meetings (MCC),

- Transmitting site visit requests from contractors to site managers (tunnel and structures),

- Participating in progress meetings with other scopes to confirm planned visit dates for GO2 market contractors,

- Accompanying contractors on-site during visits,

Visas:

- Performing visas for the RMS contract

- Performing visas for the Radio contract

- Performing visas for the Elevator contract

Reporting:

- Transmitting requests from MCC meetings to various contractors (Radio, RMS),

- Transmitting meeting minutes to various market managers,

SOCLE/DECOFER Project

Within the "Energy Consulting and Sustainable Development" (CEDD) unit of the Electric Traction Department of the SNCF Réseau Engineering Directorate, the CEDD1 section is responsible for, among other missions:

- Daily remote reading of all Electric Traction Substations on the National Rail Network (RFN),

- Daily remote reading of on-board train meters on the RFN and management of the distribution of electrical energy consumption for Railway Companies (EF) operating on the RFN,

Subject: Daily remote reading of on-board train meters on the RFN and management of the distribution of electrical energy consumption for Railway Companies (EF) operating on the RFN.

Remote reading of RFN consumption data:

• Operational use of the SATURNE remote reading software,

• Construction of the RFN weekly load curve for publication to Rte via SOCLE,

• Daily provision of curves necessary for electricity purchase forecasts to various clients and partners,

• Support during change management for the department with the introduction of the RSCI V2 application and IP for ENEDIS meters,

Remote reading of on-board consumption data:

• Daily use of the SOCLE system (Electrical Metering and Localization Operational System),

• Preparation and sending of the weekly RTE declaration,

• Launching and processing retries,

• Reporting on billing and self-declarations,

• Support activities and extractions,

• Assistance in monitoring the proper functioning of the system and data quality,

• Business functional acceptance testing of SOCLE software evolutions in support of the OMS and in collaboration with IT teams,

• Support during change management for the department within the SOCLE/DECOFER project,
