My role: define use cases, secure the approach, manage deployment, and help teams adopt useful solutions.

I work on four aspects:

• AI strategy and use case prioritization

• Deployment of LLM, RAG, copilots, and business automation solutions

• Governance, compliance, supervision, and risk management

• Training for executives, managers, and operational teams

I combine technical culture with a practical vision: AWS cloud, DevOps, industrialization, as well as pedagogy, change management, and results-oriented logic.

Examples of interventions: internal chatbot, document assistant, augmented search engine, business copilot, AI roadmap definition, executive committee/management committee support, training and acculturation workshops.

Objective: transform AI into concrete, measurable, and sustainable gains, not into a fleeting demonstration.
