In collaboration with Émilie Real-Mauger, I had the pleasure of supporting Luan Siam Spa, a high-end traditional Thai massage institute located in the heart of Montpellier, in a key stage of its digital transformation.

Rethinking the visual identity

From the outset, the objective was clear: to modernize the graphic charter while preserving the soul of the place – an authentic, natural, and soothing universe.

The result? A harmonious identity, true to the spa's spirit, where the emblematic burgundy color naturally finds its place and is now used across all digital platforms.

Each visual and each video told a story: that of a place where serenity, tradition, and excellence intertwine.

This new, more fluid and coherent brand image has strengthened the spa's online presence and created a stronger connection with its clientele.

👉 Concrete result: in just 3 months, the spa's Instagram account saw a +9.6% increase in followers.

-Develop and strengthen the company's visual identity

-Graphic design: Create attractive visual elements for websites, such as mockups, images, logos, icons, etc. (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma)

-Client project: Competitor and customer journey analysis

-Web integration: Convert graphic mockups on WordPress, ensuring compatibility with different browsers and devices.

-User Experience (UX) optimization: Work on the usability and ergonomics of websites to improve the overall user experience.

-Website maintenance: customer feedback, updates, content integration

Observation of the work of UX/UI designers and active participation in a user interview as part of the "La Plateforme de l’inclusion" project, led by the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs (DINUM) in Paris. This experience allowed me to discover user research methods in practice, observe how feedback is collected and analyzed, and understand the importance of these exchanges in the continuous improvement of a public digital service.
