As part of the launch and structuring of the online communication for the humanitarian association AmaNira, I carried out the complete creation of the website, from design to launch. The goal was to have a clear, professional, and accessible site, capable of highlighting humanitarian actions, strengthening the association's credibility, and facilitating visitor engagement (donors, volunteers, partners).

Objectives:

As part of a project to modernize the communication of FC Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, I was in charge of the complete redesign of the club's website. The objective was to make it more attractive, intuitive, and easily manageable, while improving its online visibility.

Facilitate the updating of news, results, and events

Optimize natural referencing (SEO)

My interventions:

Analysis of the old site and the club's specific needs

Proposal of a new sitemap and adapted mockup

Creation of the new site with Wix

Integration of content (photos, texts, calendar, news...)

Basic SEO optimization (structure, tags, loading speed)

Quick training for club members on using the back-office

Results:

Responsive and modern site, accessible on all devices

Fluid navigation and quick access to key information (matches, teams, contacts...)

Improved online visibility for the club

-Graphic and ergonomic redesign: Modernization of the design and user interface with a responsive approach for optimal navigation on mobile and desktop.

-Creation of an online store: Setup of an e-commerce store on WooCommerce/Wix, configuration of product pages, integration of a secure payment system, and optimization of the conversion funnel.

-SEO Optimization: Restructuring of tags (Title, Meta Description, Hn), improvement of internal linking, and writing of SEO-optimized content.

-Performance Improvement: Optimization of loading times and images, implementation of a caching system, and reduction of file size for a faster website.
