Student in the final year of architecture and already holding a bachelor's degree, I offer my services as a draftsman. The services offered include:

- Design assistance, advice (drawing plans, space quality, orientation and eco-design, construction systems, materials, etc.)

- Drawing plans on various software (Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, and Allplan)

- Assembling building permit applications (drawing plans, facades, filling out Cerfa forms, creating insertion images...)

- Assembling work authorization applications (drawing plans, facades, filling out Cerfa forms, creating insertion images...)

- Performing surveys for quoting purposes

- Other services to be negotiated

Through my training, I have mastered the design of quality spaces, taking into account various factors such as the built environment, orientation, urban planning regulations, but also everyone's tastes and desires, with the aim of drawing a project as close as possible to your expectations, which will adapt to your lifestyle. With professional and personal experience in construction, I will be able to guide you on how to realize your project (choice of materials, construction systems...).
