This experience has been very inspiring for me because, within the innovation team, we had the vision to solve real use cases with the Massa blockchain. The key challenge was that everything needed to be built for users and builders.

As the lead for these projects, my responsibilities included developing new features, mentoring interns, and collaborating closely with Golang and frontend experts for technical guidance. My work ensured that our products were technically robust and met the highest standards.

I'm honored to have been described as the 'Team pillar' by our head of product. This recognition underscores my commitment and reliability within the team, as well as my essential role in driving the project forward.

Through collaboration with my talented colleagues, I have sharpened my product development mindset. I am diving deeper into learning Golang and AssemblyScript while continuously reinforcing my skills in Node.js and the frontend framework React.js.

Product: An online presence management platform for franchise network points of sale: subscriptions to digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), management of Google My Business pages, call tracking.

This was my first professional experience after graduation. I joined a team of five people to build this platform using a 2-week Scrum sprint methodology. I contributed to various services within the microservices architecture, and also worked on monitoring and log management. For one week each month, I was responsible for support, assisting our colleagues who are experts in digital marketing campaigns.

In the team, I took on the role of onboarding and mentoring interns. I participated in sprint planning, and I particularly enjoyed the technical clarification aspect. Additionally, I learned how to collaborate effectively with a UI/UX designer.

Result: We delivered new features to the platform. I developed a call tracking micro-service, used by my colleagues to track the call from the client to the point of sale.

This is a project with the Agile Scrum methodology and a European standard. The standard makes the Scrum methodology more difficult to take place. We write more documentation as usual: specification, architecture, test... The methodology for modifying a document is strict: we must specify the nature of the modification, increment the version of the document and notify the person in charge of the verification. We are four developers and two architects.

- Ensure the implementation of an API Middleware that forward requests at two computing APIs with the same specification, then performs validation and compute a digital signature.
- Develop solutions for one of the two computing APIs in PHP Symfony: simulate the train’s circulation and calculate distance or delay.
- Contribute to the development of the frontend application in TypeScript and Angular: add two forms for two types of calculus.
- Animate a sprint retrospective: demonstration of the User Stories developed in the sprint, feedback of the team about the past sprint.

Results:

- The application is deployed on the client infrastructure and used.
