Responsible for the administrative and financial management of the group specializing in the design and distribution of technical and innovative products under its own brand. Main missions:

- Organizational and financial audit,

- Implementation and improvement of processes,

- Ensuring the reliability of accounts and their compliance with accounting standards,

- Responsible for relations with financial partners,

- Optimization of working capital requirements (BFR) and its financing,

- Cash flow management (budget, monitoring),

- Risk management (financial, customer, monetary, operational),

- Management control (dashboards, KPIs),

- Management and optimization of margin and profitability,

Responsible for developing a client portfolio consisting of corporate groups located in the Var region (83) with a total turnover exceeding 7 million Euros.

- Improve Net Banking Income (volume and margin approach),

- Coordinate the actions of different stakeholders (business experts, deputy, assistant),
