I contributed to the evolution of the existing application ecosystem by developing new features adapted to user needs and ensuring bug fixes. My role involved in-depth analysis of technical issues, implementation of optimized solutions, and rigorous testing to ensure application quality and stability. This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in development, problem-solving, and teamwork in a demanding environment.

Within the Infomil call center, I collaborated with the Leclerc group's teams to ensure the proper functioning of electronic equipment. My role consisted of diagnosing technical problems, ensuring their rapid resolution, and, if necessary, initiating interventions with partner technicians for the replacement or repair of defective devices. This experience allowed me to develop my skills in technical support, communication, and priority management.
