    master-outillage.com, an e-commerce site for professional tools, saw its customer service overwhelmed: between 50 and 100 tickets per day, with a large majority of repetitive requests (where is my order, when will I be delivered, invoice issue).
    Agents spent most of their time on these low-value-added topics, to the detriment of complex cases that truly make a difference in customer satisfaction.

    The stake:
    Free up agent time for high-value cases, without sacrificing quality or personalization of responses. And do so in strict compliance with GDPR, a non-negotiable constraint from management.

    What I implemented:
    An AI agent that handles the pre-processing of each incoming ticket: it understands the request, automatically classifies it, retrieves the correct information from the back office (order status, delivery tracking, invoicing), and drafts a contextualized response that the human agent validates in a few seconds instead of several minutes.
