Design and development of a system requirements analysis HMI for a naval defense project. Support to the sector database administrator in defining the functional and technical needs of the tool; Development of a Python solution to extract (DXL), restructure (CSV) and visualize (HMI and/or Excel) data from a large database; Design of a user interface allowing fluid navigation and clear reading of information; Application of algorithmic principles to automate data processing and formatting; Presentation of results in the form of dynamic tables and graphs; Creation of interactive dashboards integrating relevant KPIs for business users (Project Managers, Architects, MOA Managers); Testing and validation of different metrics with end users to ensure their relevance and readability.

Mission: Responsible for implementing a tool-based process for managing military spare parts.

• • Knowledge of the business, the actors involved, and the stakeholders concerned (23 people).

• • Mapping of flows between all actors and existing tools/supports.

• • Proposal of an optimal operating model based on new tools to improve the quality of exchanges and the detection of blocking issues in spare parts supply.

• • Drafting of the specifications for this tool.

• • Prototyping of user interfaces (UX/UI).

• • Creation of a dashboard and relevant KPIs to track the key stages of our spare parts supply.
