I am as passionate about products as I am about how to build them, both technically and humanly.
Having been immersed in agility for over 13 years, I have successively held the roles of developer, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. Today, I primarily work as an Agile Coach and Trainer, leveraging my experience in these different areas.
I undertake team coaching missions covering various aspects of transformation:
- Product team coaching (vision, OKR, personas, story mapping, user stories, ...)
- Organizational change
- Technical coaching (testing, refactoring, continuous integration, ...)
- Individual coaching (manager or team member)
I fundamentally believe in sharing, which is why I regularly speak at conferences and events (Agile France, Agile Tour, Devoxx, Flowcon, Scrumday, Agile Playground, ...).
