I am leaving today with 2 of the 3 teams highly advanced in the Delivery phase of agile fluency. The third team is completing the alignment phase.

In parallel to my current role, I personally act as a facilitator to pursue the almost as ambitious as it is important goal of Cédric Ringenbach to raise awareness among over a million people about the causes and effects of climate change.

Through a 3-hour workshop, I help groups of 5-7 people understand climate issues.

The objective: Reach the tipping point as quickly as possible.

The project: SOLAR

The point-of-sale assistance tools for station agents are evolving! Solar aims to gradually replace the aging tools used by agents. The functionality is simple, but user expectations vary across regions. The challenge is therefore to provide a tool that is easy to use without training for our station agents, while navigating the pitfalls and opportunities offered by the overall modernization of the SNCF IT system. The team will need to grow quickly to meet these challenges. The implementation of a constantly evolving organization with multiple feature teams drives the daily life of the SOLAR project.

My role:

I act as PO to ensure the operational side. For this, certain EPICs are assigned to me, and I am responsible for them until and after their production release. For each subject, I find solutions to implement the feature in the existing application, then I write detailed specifications that are validated by the technical team and the client. These subjects are then estimated, broken down into User Stories, prioritized, and distributed across different sprints. I am responsible for one of the feature teams and must therefore facilitate the agile ceremonies concerning it.
