I spent several years in Customer Success and then Product Management before specializing in generative AI. This dual role changes everything in my way of working: I never start with code. I start by understanding what you want to achieve, for whom, in what context, with what constraints. Putting myself in the shoes of your end-users is a reflex, not a learned method. Half of digital projects fail because no one took that time upfront.

Once the need is framed, I deliver. Thanks to generative AI (Claude Code, agents, multi-model orchestration), the line between "thinking about the product" and "building it" has blurred for those who are a bit technical. I am.
