About Nathan

Do you have a digital product to build, an AI feature to integrate, a need to frame before launching? I support you from start to finish, from product framing to delivery.

I spent several years in Customer Success and then Product Management before specializing in generative AI. This dual role changes everything in my way of working: I never start with code. I start by understanding what you want to achieve, for whom, in what context, with what constraints. Putting myself in the shoes of your end-users is a reflex, not a learned method. Half of digital projects fail because no one took that time upfront.

Once the need is framed, I deliver. Thanks to generative AI (Claude Code, agents, multi-model orchestration), the line between "thinking about the product" and "building it" has blurred for those who are a bit technical. I am. I produce websites (Next.js, React, Tailwind, Sanity), mobile applications (native Swift, Kotlin/Compose, Flutter), custom back-offices, and production AI integrations (RAG, autonomous agents, semantic search, specialized assistants).

Specifically, I can handle:
• A complete MVP, from spec to launch.
• Integration of an AI component into an existing product (chatbot, RAG, agent, automation, ad validation, automatic documentation, ...)
• Redesign of a website with SEO and AI-assisted content.
• Technical and product consulting on an AI roadmap.
• Training on AI, quite simply

Experience

  • Freelance
Generative AI Consultant & Product Builder
    February 2025 - Today (1 year and 6 months)
Freelancer since February 2025, specializing in generative AI applied to digital products. I have been continuously training myself on the subject for years and integrate LLMs into the projects I work on.

My Product Manager hat is central to my way of working: I always start by analyzing the real need before rushing into code. I challenge, I frame priorities, I cut what doesn't bring value, then I deliver. No "coding for coding's sake".

I deliver complete products from A to Z: web (Next.js, React, Tailwind, Sanity) and native or cross-platform mobile (Swift/AppKit, Kotlin/Compose, Flutter). AI is at the heart of my work method, not a feature added at the end of the chain.

    What I master in practice:
    • LLM integration in production: prompt engineering, RAG, autonomous agents, semantic search, LLM-enhanced wikis.
    • AI-assisted design: Stitch, Pencil, rapid iterations with Claude.
    • Development with Claude Code and agent orchestration: production-quality code, at a speed incompatible with traditional workflows.
    • Multi-models: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, depending on the task and cost.

    Recent projects (client and personal):
    • Joël: AI cooking assistant (Flutter + Supabase + OpenAI + Imagen 4).
    • npsense: AI-powered NPS feedback analysis SaaS (FastAPI + React + Postgres).
    • CineKinox: Ongoing redesign of a cinema equipment rental website (Next.js + Sanity).
    • Naturosport24: Complete website redesign, SEO optimization, and AI-assisted SEO blog article writing (Next.js + MDX).
    • Perch: Open-source macOS app for shelf drag & drop (Swift + AppKit).
    • Lock: Android anti-distraction app via NFC (Kotlin + Compose).
    • Personal note-taking and organization tool in the spirit of Notion, with a local MCP server for native LLM integration and multi-device editing (Next.js + TypeScript + Drizzle/SQLite + BlockNote + Yjs/Hocuspocus + Electron + MCP, self-hosted via Docker/Coolify).

  • Geev
    Product Manager
    March 2022 - February 2025 (2 years and 11 months)
Between March 2022 and February 2025, I held the full-time position of PM at Geev. Being a startup, I also held the PO role. Discovery, Delivery, facilitating ceremonies, improving our Agile processes, internal and user workshops, writing Epics and USs, collecting and analyzing data, managing Roadmaps, close contact with Stakeholders and developers: I appreciate every aspect of the job.
  • Geev
    Customer Relations and Moderation Manager
    August 2017 - March 2022 (4 years and 7 months)
Building on my experience at Bouygues Telecom and my desire to always place the user at the center of the company, I developed Geev's customer service, always aiming to make it a profit center: gathering user insights for the Product, exemplary responsiveness, improving brand image, satisfaction.
During the same period, I also managed the moderation of ads on the platform (approx. 600k ads/month)
