I executed valuations of outsourced equipment and services on site. I managed requirements in SAP for the projects and the concrete plant in LB. I managed to monitor the performance of the equipment on site, improving its efficiency. I supported the implementation of Last Planner System in the project. Support to the Document Control area.

Relocation of heliport/Dismantling of construction water platform - MMG I developed the bill of quantities report for requirements. I generated RFI's, Red line and As Built plans. I managed the good performance of the activities. I carried out the Quality protocols. I led the operational staff. I performed Document Control functions
