    Co-build the identity of a new department with employees, in order to strengthen internal cohesion, clarify positioning, and unite around a common vision.

    🛠️ Methodology Deployed:

    Phase 1 – Diagnosis & Field Listening:
    Conducting employee and management interviews on both sites to gather expectations, feelings, and challenges.
    Qualitative analysis of perceptions by site and by business line, identification of priority expectations.

    Phase 2 – Analysis:
    Cross-functional synthesis of findings, identification of convergences and divergences.
    Internal benchmarking of other transformation departments within the group to inspire the approach.

    Phase 3 – Finalization Workshop:
    Facilitating a bi-site workshop around vision, mission, values, and positioning.
