Change Manager - Data Self-Service Platform Project – MSF SwitzerlandCIVIC AND SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONSDecember 2025 - June 2026 (6 months)🎯 Context & ObjectivesFor Doctors Without Borders Geneva, I supported a digital transformation initiative aimed at ensuring reliable access to operational data, strengthening data governance, and developing self-service uses to support decision-making.🔍 My Role & ActionsI contributed to the adoption diagnosis and the definition of the change management strategy around the project:- Analysis of adoption barriers and change risks;- Stakeholder and key role mapping;- Formalization of a progressive phased deployment strategy;- Definition of support levers: communication, training, support, ambassadors, and adoption monitoring;- Production of framing deliverables to support decision-making and prepare for scaling. The project was in a sensitive context: low adoption of the previous tool, lack of trust in data, manual processes, siloed operations, and high workload due to several concurrent projects. The challenge was therefore as much organizational and human as it was technical. - Groupama Gan Vie
