I am a sociologist, with a PhD in Economic and Social Sciences, and I have spent the last ten years asking questions (sometimes very direct ones), listening, observing... and finally providing diagnoses to help organizations gain clarity.

I have worked for think tanks (FRS, CEIS), ministries and departments like the Army Health Service (SSA), consulting firms (CGI), as well as in the non-profit and sports sectors (badminton). Everywhere, the same common thread: understanding how people experience their work within their organization, why they stay, leave, commit... and what can concretely be done to improve things.

What I enjoy doing:

Designing and managing qualitative/quantitative surveys (from questionnaires to field interviews).
Translating complex situations into clear diagnoses and co-constructed actionable recommendations.
Working on fascinating topics such as engagement, diversity, interculturality, training, or working conditions (to name just a few!)

Some illustrative examples:

A qualitative survey for the SSA (70 interviews, 10 workshops, co-construction meetings with all stakeholders) impacting a service of 15,000 people.
An action-research project on diversity in a badminton committee of 5,000 members, which is now inspiring discussions at the federal level.
A PhD in Economic and Social Sciences with over 80 remote interviews (a first post-COVID!) and more than 96 hours of participant observation.
