Project management and monitoring: Take charge of instructional design projects: establish project structures, organize and lead the project from start to finish, respecting client requirements, budget, deadlines... Manage stakeholder relations (client, service providers, and internal resources). Monitor project design (client needs, instructional mockups, work/resource planning, deliverables, etc.); in particular, provide client support and advice for collaboration with production teams and digital learning project managers. Deliver content at the quality level expected by the client and within deadlines. Communicate on progress. Resource management, planning: Planning and evaluating internal and external resources, in particular in coordination with production teams and digital learning project managers. Regular reporting: Project schedules and progress. Report and anticipate difficulties. Estimate and track project costs.

Participation in the design of the distance learning program: I identify the resources to be designed. I find contributors and gather content from expert speakers. I write scripts and create storyboards. I coordinate and ensure the updating of resources and programs.

Reflection and creation of adapted pedagogical methods. Development of pedagogical programs. Implementation of programs and schedules. Management of instructors. Management of students. Conduct all admission interviews for the MA in Graphic Design. Graphic design. Participation in the school's communication events.
