    Migration of a national critical address correction tool —
    a solution that had been unstable for 5 years,processing millions of calls
    API, consumed by 30 internal applications (all La Poste divisions)
    and external (including government applications).

    Context:technical instability, accumulated legacy debt, no
    mapping of existing uses, +150 stakeholders to align, objective of modernization without service disruption.


    What I did:
    • Analysis of the historical engine and API flows to objectify uses and build the product strategy
    • Design of the target trajectory and redesign of the API with integration of an external software package
    • Incremental agile approach: initial versions exposed to users, progressive consolidation based on field feedback
    • Coordination of +150 stakeholders and 30 consuming applications over 3 years
    • Complex arbitration at the technical, business, and management interface

    Results:
    → Zero service disruption on a nationally critical tool
    → Zero major incidents during the entire migration (3 years)
    → Zero functional loss
    → 30 applications migrated
    → Legacy decommissioned
    → New uses activated post-migration

    Structuring the management of global financial data in a
    multi-ERP environment with high heterogeneity (40 ERPs, 6 geographical areas
    areas: Europe, USA, China, Korea, Japan, Europe Export).

    Context:financial data not reconciled since September 2021,
    persistent discrepancies between global Oracle extracts and local tracking,
    accounting provisions as compensation due to lack of reliable data,
    approximate quarterly reporting for the board.

    What I did:
    • Analysis of discrepancies and complete catch-up of the financial data delta accumulated since September 2021, in 6 months
    • Definition and deployment of a strategic People / Process / Data plan to structure quality globally
    • Redesign of ERP data flows and processes, taking into account local country constraints
    • Implementation of automated reporting and best practices shared between entities
    • Coordination and training of multicultural international billing teams (6 zones, daily in English)

    Results:
    → Financial delta since Sept. 2021 resolved in 6 months
