Participation in the deployment of EPM OneStream in a HOTEL group: implementation of reference frameworks, improvement of data traceability, management of IFRS reporting. Leading consolidation in a listed HEALTHCARE group: managing the team, interaction with the board, investment/audit committees, and regulatory authorities. Crisis management in the textile INDUSTRY in a challenging economic context: organization of management control and consolidation, reporting preparation, support to the CFO. Support missions for mid-sized companies: budget cycle & forecasts, closing process, IFRS reporting, financial data consolidation, risk analysis & recommendations for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Financial control and consolidation of 9 subsidiaries in Africa/Asia, with significant credit risk challenges. Evaluation of credit risks under IFRS 9 and estimation of expected losses: ECL (Expected Credit Loss), LGD (Loss Given Default), EAD (Exposure at Default). Strengthening internal control: formalization of procedures, development of a risk culture, training of international teams, support for subsidiary CFOs.

Handling the monthly reporting for the UNILEVER Group: data analysis and recommendations. Increasing the value of the client portfolio by integrating major accounts: startups and CAC40 companies.
