Writing technical proposals for public tenders for Victoryus, a consulting firm specializing in tenders.

The technical proposal is the central element of any bid for a public contract. It allows the buyer to assess the human, technical, and logistical resources available to the company to perform the service.

It is on this document that the evaluation of the technical value of the offer largely depends.

This proposal must be personalized.

This task requires method, rigor, and tenacity, as well as the ability to manage time and stress, as deadlines are often very tight.

Between November 2024 and March 2026, I co-wrote, proofread, edited, verified, calibrated, rewrote, etc., several professional letters for local authorities and elected officials for Éditions Sorman. Then, suddenly, the director, Guy Sorman, decided to eliminate co-writing, rewriting, and editing for all these publications, opting for Artificial Intelligence.

I managed this work in coordination with the writers and graphic designers until the final proof (Bon à Tirer for printing).

I was recruited and trained by one of his employees, Marc Giraud, a grammarian who administered several tests. He taught me many tips and techniques for proofreading, editing, and rewriting this type of material, as it involved adapting dry legal texts for local officials of all types.

Bi-monthly 8-page letters: Practical Urban Planning, Municipalities & Associations.

Monthly 12-page letters: The Public Procurement Newsletter, The Newsletter for Municipal Finances in towns under 2,000 inhabitants.

I also occasionally worked on the 8-page weekly, La Lettre du Maire.

I thus acquired skills in various fields such as public procurement, rural finance, urban planning, relationships between municipalities and associations, etc.

I worked using word processing software like Word, OpenOffice, etc., and PDF. Editing during copy preparation and proofreading until the final proof.

I provided training in thesis methodology for Master's 2 students in communication, innovation, and startups.
