Nathalie GRILLET founded Capital Homme in 2003 on the concept of 'Connecting People and Organizations'. She is convinced that a company's first clients are its employees and that employee fulfillment is the primary source of a company's success. Trained in consulting at IDCE, coaching at HEC, and then mediation through EPMN, Nathalie supports executives and leaders in their company's transformations. Passionate about change for over 20 years, she develops consulting and coaching interventions in various sectors and during socially sensitive and complex situations. Nathalie instills benchmarks of resilience and benevolence in executives, managers, and leaders.

Her professional career began within the Mars Unisabi group in sales and management roles, then Nathalie successively held positions as a training consultant, director of a business unit within consulting firms before creating her own company. She has 23 years of professional experience in consulting and support.

An expert in sensitive human situations and crises, she has diligently developed the 'Safe and Care' principle for over 20 years to optimize the efficiency of public or private organizations that trust her.
