Nathalie Deboudé

I spent 12 years, alongside its founder, as the Administrative and Financial Director of an automotive distribution group, responsible for managing all support functions (Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, General Services) until his retirement. Before that, I was Financial Controller / CFO of the Security subsidiary (B to B) in France for the BOSCH Group. Most recently, in an LBO context, I structured the management control, HR management, and treasury management of a technical services provider group in the construction industry.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, experienced, and trustworthy, I support and advise the leaders of VSEs/SMEs:

- on specific issues of (re)organization, improving your company's financial visibility (building activity reporting, treasury monitoring tools, budget...)

- in managing your resources during the startup phase of your business (financing applications, CIR)

- in managing your external growth projects (analysis, bankability and development of financing applications, target company audit, post-acquisition integration management)

- the sale of your company or a business unit of your company (asset analysis, valuation, and pre-sale process)
