During more than 3 years of co-presidency and 6 years as an administrator within the SA SCOP, I was able to implement shared governance with co-management. Thus my skills involved animating the life of the members, writing letters and correspondence, leading general assemblies and associate seminars, and above all, monitoring the proper functioning of the cooperative and supporting the co-management.
