🎯 I diagnose the actual functioning of an organization (internal audit, team dynamics, governance) and support change using various PROSCI/ADKAR models and DISC profiling, adapting my communication to each employee rather than imposing a uniform method.

🎓 A jurist specializing in comparative environmental law, with experience as a startup executive and 15 years of experience in managing organizational transformations, I operate in Switzerland and France – from specific diagnostics to complete support for a transition to sustainability.

🙏 My conviction: change is not imposed, it is understood. A person will only step out of their comfort zone if they clearly perceive the objective and the concrete benefit they gain from it – for themselves, not just for the organization.
