I combine expertise from mental training with profound experience in the advertising and media industry. After years of employment at Germany's largest media company, I learned how to develop ideas, place messages precisely and psychologically effectively, and create content that generates attention. Marketing can and should be fun - for both sides!

As a copywriter, I formulate content that strikes an emotional chord, builds trust, and encourages action. At the same time, I use my knowledge as a mental trainer to strengthen people - especially women, children, and adolescents - in their self-perception, resilience, and clarity.
