I understand and listen to customers' needs, a reason for them to know that they are in good hands when they hear my advice on how to improve their event. This and my self-discipline when expressing in another language what the parts want to say has made clients so different as UN agencies, companies, institutions or professionals and business people continue to call me and recommend my services to others they know may need them.

I have been working as a freelance conference interpreter and translator since 2004, which offers quality assurance and experience that allow me to react quickly. I also possess a large database of colleagues specialised in the most varied fields of knowledge, and when I cannot provide my services because I am already unavailable, the colleagues that I offer to replace me deliver the same quality (at least) as me. But at the same time, I am flexible with customers' requirements and easily adapt to them.
