Natalia Oglanova

A generalist with a psychological background, enthusiastic about people and processes. As an aspiring psychologist, I love to empathize with people and understand their motivations – a skill that greatly helps me in collaborating with very different personalities. I combine this empathy with a structured way of working and an eye for the essentials.

In my role as a project manager, I learned the importance of efficiently organizing time and resources and structuring processes so that all stakeholders know at all times what is currently happening and why it is important. I work independently, am solution-oriented, and have a clear focus on the needs of clients and teams.

My professional experience to date ranges from HR and recruiting processes to content project management, moderation, and training. I am particularly proud that I now offer my own training (e.g., on Design Thinking) – both at conferences like the JCNetwork Days in Mainz and at the Volkshochschule in Berlin. I plan to further deepen this methodological knowledge in the future and am therefore also planning certifications in Design Thinking and Scrum.

What particularly drives me is the connection between people, processes, and digital tools. I love learning new things, developing solutions together, and supporting projects in a way that they are truly effective. Whether it's about HR topics, change processes, or project management – I am convinced that good communication and clear structure are the keys to success.
